Love was in the air—and on the cakes—at Purple Roses Bakehouse’s first-ever Valentine’s Cake & Sip! I hosted this event to bring people together for a fun, creative, and delicious experience, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From laughter-filled decorating to indulgent bites, this event was all about celebrating love, creativity, and, of course, cake!
A Sweet Experience for Couples and Singles Alike
The Cake & Sip wasn’t just for couples; it was for anyone who wanted to enjoy a unique night out. Whether people came with a partner, a friend, or solo, everyone had a great time decorating their cakes while sipping on wine and enjoying delicious food. To make the night even sweeter, I offered a special couples ticket price of $120, and I was thrilled to welcome both couples and individuals eager to try something new.
Food, Wine & Fun
No event is complete without great food, and I made sure our guests were well taken care of! The buffet-style spread kept everyone satisfied, and the wine flowed as guests relaxed and enjoyed the creative process.
Each person got their own cake to decorate, and it was amazing to see how everyone put their own unique spin on their designs. Some went for classic romance with reds and pinks, while others experimented with fun textures and decorations. No matter the approach, every cake was a masterpiece!
Swag Bags & Special Surprises
I love adding little touches to make events extra special, so each guest went home with a swag bag that included:
- A mini 3oz tumbler
- A mini bottle of alcohol
- A custom pen with my business name
- A special discount code for my upcoming Mother’s Day Cake & Sip
These little gifts were my way of saying thank you for supporting Purple Roses Bakehouse and making this event so memorable.
What’s Next? The Mother’s Day Cake & Sip!
Seeing how much fun everyone had at the Valentine’s event has me even more excited for my next Cake & Sip, happening on May 10th for Mother’s Day! I’m planning to make it even bigger and better, with a new theme, special gifts for moms, and possibly a menu refresh.
I’ll be starting promotions in March, so keep an eye out for ticket sales! I’m also considering a small discount for returning guests, because I’d love to see some familiar faces.
